Dear Milan,
Goodness! but I was surprised with the move no more fishing in the bay for Milan. Heck! and the nice weather. Goodness one never knows how long they will be in one place.
Incidentally Ray is stationed about 70 miles from Nashville, Camp Philips in Kentucky. You are now less then half way home. Milan, does that put you in a different Air Force?
You ask is, do I have any question. I have, which will I know, let me know when you know. Just when you will be coming? You may get here for Christmas after all.
I am going to cut this short for I'm going to a U.S.O formal at the auditorium this evening. The folks are almost ready to take me in. Wish you could be here for it. There is to be a Christmas formal the 23rd of Dec. Maybe you will be here for it- I hope.
The Thanksgiving menu sounded interesting with all the names. I found your name.
Ardis called just a minute ago. Alan, 18 months, said "Hi" over the phone- so cute- we were over there last evening for supper.
It is surely lucky you were not put in the Inf. Gosh! that would have been terrible.
The new move may all work out nicely- Is it pretty cold there? Is the camp very close to town?
Until I hear from you again.
With love, Kathleen
Wish you were here to go to the formal with me.
